▌ Basics

✦ For personal use only. I do not take commercial commissions.
✦ Payment is made through PayPal in USD.
✦ Turnaround time may vary between a couple days to weeks, depending on the length of my to-do list as well as my school schedule.

▌ General

✦ By commissioning me you’re agreeing automatically to my Terms of Service.
✦ I tend to play around with character palettes, and I don't exactly colorpick. If you want me to stick to it, please let me know BEFOREHAND.
✦ I won't work with deadlines of any kind.
✦ Breaking my Terms of Service in any way will result in permanent blacklisting. I'll warn other artists about your behavior if needed, too.
✦If you're unsure whether I can or if I'm uncomfortable drawing some sort of design or level of detail feel free to ask beforehand~ same goes for NSFW.

▌ Usage

✦ As the artist, I hold every right over my artwork, such as:

▌ Ordering

✦ PM me with the filled commission form below:

✦ Please, be concise and clear about your request, avoiding wall texts and slangs as much as you can. English isn't my mother tongue and it may lead to a misunderstanding.
✦ I reserve all the rights to reject your commission request without justifying myself.
✦ For NSFW commissions: given the fact that sometimes minors do commission me, you MUST be +18 for this specific type of commission or else I'll decline your request. For toyhou.se commissions, minors who are found to be lying about their age will be blocked and reported. For other sites, they will simply be blocked.

▌ Payment

✦ I require full payment before I start to work on your commission.
✦ Current currency is USD, with prices based off this [fee calc].
✦ Since november 2020, and following deviantART new updates regarding earnings, I will no longer accept point commissions.
✦ An invoice will be sent. You'll have 48 hours to pay, unless otherwise stated. By doing so I’ll prevent accidental transactions from happening.
✦ PayPal payment from accounts with no visible activity will be rejected.
✦ Once payment is received I’ll add you to my public to-do list.
✦ Don't tell anyone, but the code word(s) is/are: fishies
✦ If you open a dispute on PayPal after I deliver your commission, you will be blocked and publicly blacklisted.
✦ Constant failures on payment will lead to me blocking and blacklisting you.

▌ Communication

✦ Once I get the basic sketch done, a wip will be sent to you to approve. I won't make any further changes unless certain circumstances.
### ❗ The sole exception are icon commissions, which are sent after being completed; although the client may request revisions if needed.
✦ You can ask for more wips if you wish - per example, base sketch, lineart, etc.
✦ Take in account that I won't work on your commission without your approval after a wip is sent; i.e. the longer you take to reply, the longer I'll take to finish it. If you take longer than a month to reply, I’ll contact you again.
### ❗ Your commission will be put on hold until I receive an answer.
✦ You may change details about your order or substitute characters only if I haven't started to work on your commission yet.
✦ I will not redraw entirely a commission after the sketch approval; if you wish to ask for something different then you have to commission me again.
✦ I draw rather slow, a combination from a wrist injury and dwindling free time. Regardless, I won't delay more than six months on delivering a commission.
✦ If this deadline is reached, and you don't see any progress on my part, you have all the rights to contact me and ask for a full refund. Please be patient and wait until I have enough to refund you; I use the money I gain from commissions to pay bills and personal usage.
✦ If there's something that may restrain, difficult or delay me, I'll notify you - usually through a PSA - as soon as I can. This considers facts as health issues, quantity of commissions, complexity level, school schedule or family issues.
✦ Don't rush/harass me to get your commission done faster. If you do so, the first time you'll receive a verbal warning; but if this behavior reoccurs you'll be refunded, blocked and blacklisted.
### ♦ You do have the right to contact me if you're worried about your commission progress! All I ask from you is to be polite.

▌ Changes

✦ Once the picture is finished, I may add small details or adjust colors if needed, free of price. In general I do ask for more references or details during the initial order or at most, during the sketching stage; but as anyone I can miss things, too.
✦ If the confusion is a product of a vague, poorly done description, then I’ll ask for a fee for modifying it. Its value will depend on the size of the edit.

▌ Refunds

✦ I don’t allow chargebacks; if you wish to have your money refunded then contact me anytime.
✦ If a chargeback is filled, you’ll lose all rights you had over the artwork, and will be permanently blacklisted.
✦ I’ll refund you 100% of the payment if I haven’t started your commission yet. If I already have the sketch done, then I’ll refund the 50%.
✦ Otherwise, there are no refunds.
