TERMS OF SERVICE

▌ Basics

✦ By commissioning me you’re agreeing automatically to my Terms of Service.
✦ Commission work is only for personal use. I do not take commercial commissions.
✦ Payment is made through PayPal in USD.
✦ Commission requests from accounts with no visible activity will be rejected.
✦ I draw rather slow, a combination from a wrist injury and limited free time, as I'm working on my thesis. Turnaround time may vary between a couple days/weeks to max. 3 months, depending on the length of my to-do list as well as my school schedule.

▌ General

✦ I don't exactly colorpick, as I tend to play around with color saturation. Please take this into account before commissioning me.
✦ I don't work with deadlines of any kind, nor I accept rush fees or similar.
✦ Breaking my Terms of Service in any way will result in permanent blacklisting. I'll warn other artists about your behavior if needed, too.
✦If you're unsure whether if I can or I'm uncomfortable drawing some sort of design or level of detail feel free to ask beforehand.

▌ Usage

✦ As the artist, I hold every right over my artwork, such as:

### ♦ Posting the finished commission in any of my social media.
### ♦ Use it to promote myself.

▌ Ordering

✦ Message me with the filled commission form below:

✦ Please, be concise and clear about your request, avoiding wall texts and slangs as much as you can. English isn't my mother tongue and it may lead to a misunderstanding.
✦ I reserve all the rights to reject your commission request without justifying myself.
✦ For NSFW commissions: you MUST be +18 for this specific type of commission or else I'll decline your request. Minors who are found to be lying about their age will be blocked and (in toyhou.se) reported.

▌ Payment

✦ I require full payment before I start to work on your commission.
✦ Current currency is USD.
✦ Since november 2020, and following deviantART new updates regarding earnings, I will no longer accept point commissions.
✦ An invoice will be sent. You'll have 48 hours to pay, unless otherwise stated. By doing so I’ll prevent accidental transactions from happening.
✦ Once payment is received I’ll add you to my public to-do list.
✦ The code word(s) is/are: momochis
✦ If you open a dispute on PayPal after I deliver your commission, you will be blocked and publicly blacklisted.
✦ Constant failures on payment will lead to me blocking and blacklisting you.

▌ Communication

✦ If there's something in my private life that may restrain, difficult or delay me from working on my commission orders, I'll notify all my customers - usually through a PSA - as soon as I can. This considers situations such as health issues, school schedule or family issues.
✦ You may change details about your order or substitute characters only if I haven't started to work on your commission yet.
✦ Excepting icon commissions, once I finish the sketch, a wip will be sent to you to approve. Afterwards, I won't make any further changes unless certain circumstances.
### ❗ Icons are sent after being completed, although the client may request revisions if needed.
✦ You can ask for more wips if you wish - per example after I finish the lineart.
✦ I won't work on your commission without your approval after a wip is sent; i.e. the longer you take to reply, the longer I'll take to finish it. If I don't receive feedback within a month, I’ll contact you again.
### ❗ Your commission will be put on hold until I receive an answer.
✦ I will not redraw a commission from scratch after the sketch approval; if you wish to ask for something different then you have to commission me again.
✦ If there has been more than six months since your initial request and you don't see any progress on my part, you have all the rights to contact me and ask for a full refund. Please be patient and wait until I have enough funds to pay you, as I use the money I gain from commissions to pay bills and personal usage.
✦ Don't rush/harass me to get your commission done faster. If you do so, the first time you'll receive a verbal warning; but if this behavior reoccurs you'll be refunded, blocked and blacklisted.
### ♦ You do have the right to contact me if you're worried about your commission progress! All I ask from you is to be polite.

▌ Changes

✦ Once the commission is finished, I may add or adjust small details if needed, free of price. In general I do ask for more references or details during the initial exchange or at most, during the sketching stage; but as anyone I can miss things, too.
✦ If the confusion is a product of a vague, poorly done description, then I’ll ask for a fee for modifying it. Its value will depend on the size of the edit.

▌ Refunds

✦ I don’t allow chargebacks; if you wish to have your money refunded then contact me anytime.
✦ If a chargeback is filled, you’ll lose all rights you had over the artwork, and will be permanently blacklisted.
✦ I’ll refund you 100% of the payment if I haven’t started your commission yet. If I already have the sketch done, then I’ll refund the 50%.
✦ Otherwise, there are no refunds.
